Hi Everyone,

Today’s style series is focusing on colour pop weddings.  I am a huge fan of bold colours and i do love a great colour pop wedding.  There are so many couples who choose a bold scheme for their wedding or even an array of bold colours to showcase their personalities.  If you are one of those then read on for some great some inspiration and ideas for styling.

Decide if you want to go for a variation of colours or you want to stick to just a few brights.  It works very well either way.  Colour pop usually works very well against a white backdrop so as you can see from the above picture an all white table with the bold flowers and runner look amazing and really stand out against the white.

If you decide to go with just one or two bold colours for the colour pop look then choose these right at the beginning of your wedding planning and work them here and there within the styling.  The below pictures shows the yellow really popping against the grey and white and it’s very eye-catching.  This is a great way to incorporate bolds for any of you who are slightly weary of going all out bright.

Colour pop can also be worked into your bridal outfits, the grooms outfit and your bridesmaids in various different ways.  Consider a bright petticoat under your dress to give that flash of colour.

Flowers are another great area to really bring in the vivid colours.  Speak to your florist about which flowers will have the best bright shades and ways of mixing them together for a really great overall look.

Consider which elements of your decor you want to pop.  You don’t want to do everything in bold colours as this won’t give of the desired bold effect so always paid against a more neutral backdrop such as a white or a wooden table with bold flowers, or bold menu’s placed on white tables.  There is even some great ways of including bright colours into your dessert tables.  Scroll down for some beautiful inspiration.
