Today’s style series is focusing on the muted but oh so chic colour palette of Grey & White!

The great thing about wedding is that you literally can choose any colour combination or style you like! It doesn’t have to be a romantic pink and lace affair if that’s not your taste. Grey is a colour that has seen a huge surge in popularity in the wedding, fashion and interior design world over the past few years and for good reason. It is a very chic colour and works very well for a modern, elegant wedding.

One of the great things about this colour combination is the versatility of it. It can be used as a wintry combination depicting the cold beauty winter, however it also works wonderfully well as a gorgeous luxury combination of a stylish summer wedding. It is a muted combination so you can add touches of navy or ice blue to a winter look and you can throw in some colour pop pink shades for a spring/summer look if you want to add some colour.

However you want to style this colour combination depends entirely on your personal taste. I love it done with a modern, classy take. It looks wonderful accessorised with glass votives and a neat floral centerpiece. It is a colour combination that begs to be done in a minimalist yet classic way.

It’s also an extremely flattering colour for your bridesmaids and a favoured shade for mens suits.

First up is Coral. A stunning shade which adds a dash of romantic chic. This is a great combination for a pretty summer wedding.

Add in a pumpkin orange for an Autumn wedding to really match the season. It works very well against grey. Bursts of orange here and there will look amazing, it’s a powerful colour so you don’t want to over do it.
